I want to open a home for teens in memory of a friend that just passed and gave his whole life to teens. How? He was in his 50's and died way to young. He used to be an NYPD officer, but after losing his partner he went to work in a small high school as a janitor. He loved the kids unconditionally and they loved him.. He was always about helping the troubled kids. I had talked to him about working with me if I ever got a home open that focused on troubled teens and restoring broken families. Now that he is gone I want to do this in his memory. It would have to be non profit and a Charity. I don't have money I have the heart. I am currently a foster mom to broken kids and I know my friend would have wanted to work with teens forever. Please help me know where to start.

Meet like minded people, register a trust, plan your ideas, try to make a project report, sooner or later u will meet a millionaire who would be impressed with your ideas, and u can start the charitable, non profit NGO
