Question:

saran wrap and preparation H to reduce waist measurement for tape test Army?

saran wrap and preparation H to reduce waist measurement for tape test Army? I did research: (Just skip the research if you want)

"Only the Canadian version of the Prep H has the "old" chemical, Bio-Dyne(LYCD-Live Yeast Cell Derivativein) that people were using for skin tightening. Women were using it for bags under the eyes. FDA caught wind of this and threatened an investigation saying that the drug was being sold for uses other than labeling. So instead of an investigation Prep H just took the chemical out.
Prep H's active ingredient is a vasoconstrictor now. Which causes blood vessels (mainly large arteries, arterioles and veins) to shrink. So while the shrinking effect might still happen from this, it is likely to be very minimal, and your stomach will be more likely to loose color due to the lack of blood to the skin."

"I found several articles about the active ingredient being phenylephrine, a vasoconstrictor, and how it is the new "Club Drug" for guys that want to look leaner. So it would seem that there is some validity to the claim."

"Ive done this one time and it actually took about 1 1/2 inches off."

many other positive things from people
only negative things from those who havent tried it

What do you think? And What about Canadian Prep H?
"You will look like a giant hemorrhoid. Just what I want on the front line against terror."- No I will not I will rink water aftermy tape tes and return to normal and loose 10% body fat in basic training so it doesn't matter. Thanks tho ashhole.
"I have an idea...GET YOUR FAT AZZ OFF THE COMPUTER AND OUTSIDE ON THE ROAD TO PT." I leave for MEPS in 3 days to ship out. I need one inch. 3 days of PT will not loose 1 inch... but I have been runningeveryday as well. Still hoping to looe an inch with the prep H.

Sadly I've known people to do this. I think to actually get it to work though you have to take it off fairly close to the time that you will be weighed in, like an hour or so. All you're doing is sucking water out of your body. You'll sweat like crazy as well, and smell fairly bad from the preparation h. You could also try a sweat suit, or sauna suit over it to help with the sweating, be careful though, you don't want to over do it.
