Your device, DPA035B, made by Haking-Halina-Ansco, does not need a driver installed with it. It uses the MTP drivers in Windows. The MTP drivers in Windows are included in Windows Media v. 10 or 11.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that if your device is not working, it's probably the fault of the USB cord that came with it. Use another one, such as one from your digital camera. I had that problem--I knew I had the correct drivers in my PC, but couldn't get the device to work and spent hours trying before I tried another cord and it worked instantly. Many others have had that same problem with USB cords made in China.

Also, be sure to allow it to charge for at least 4-5 hours with a good USB cord before using it. You can tell if it's charging because, if it is, it will automatically turn on as soon as you plug it into a 2.0 USB port and you'll see a moving status bar in the upper right corner.
