Question:

Adventure movies?Island movies?Exotic movies?Cross Country movies?

Adventure movies?Island movies?Exotic movies?Cross Country movies? What are some adventure movies or island movies? Movies about people going to multiple countries, or just adventures in 1 country, or movies about searching for something or islands or exotic locations?
(please no sci-fi or fantasy movies(movies with dwarfs and elves and stuff)

Note:
Ive seen alot, so best answer will be based on luck, you're luck of guessing a movie I haven't seen or alot of movies I haven't seen, that will also be easy to find at the video store.

Just some movies I've already seen that I can think of off the top of my head, so please dont mention these movies (but these may give you ideas of the type of movies Im talking about):
All Indiana Jones movies
The Beach
Mosquito Coast
Cutthroat Island
Pirates of the Caribbean
Swiss Family Robinson
Mosquito Coast
Castaway
Blue Lagoon
Lord of the Flies
I am David
Into the Wild
Bourne Ultimatum, Supremacy, Identity (going to different countries)
All James Bond movies
The Saint (Going to different countries)
The Wizard (Cross country)
The Sure Thing (Cross country)
Wild Hogs
6 days and 7 nights

More Ive already seen:
The Rundown (exotic)
Medicine Man (jungle, exotic)
Congo
Lord of War
I didnt mean to say "easy to find at the video store" either, that makes it sound like its gotta be incredibly popular, sorry. Just anything that blockbuster would probably have.
Ok thanks everyone, I cant decide on a best answer because everybody had great answers and huge lists so Im putting this into vote

What about "easy rider"
its a motorcycle adventure type movie
about finding America

"Little big man"

"The road warrior"

"Tin man" (actually a mini series but quite good)

"Dragonheart"

I suppose "the lord of the rings" is a bit obvious

"Timeline"

Vanishing Point (1971)
Six Days Seven Nights
Dirty Mary Crazy Larry
High Wind in Jamaica
Romancing the Stone
Quigley Down Under

Although you might want to see "The Black Stallion" to be familiar with the main character, you could skip it and try "The Black Stallion Returns".

It's a shame you don't like sci fi because "Sky Captain & the World of Tomorrow" is as globetrotting an adventure as any Indy Jones film.
